How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Degreeorigin Garage Doors should have a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Degreeorigin Garage Doors was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Degreeorigin Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@degreeorigin.world and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that we will look into it, which may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
